Products

Name the crops, plants, animals or other products you work with. You can distinguish varieties, strains or breeds of the same product—for example, Tomato as the product and Roma as its variety.

Product or crop

Enter what you grow, raise or produce. For example, enter Tomato here. The product identifies what the stock is; it does not describe whether you are keeping seeds, plants or harvested tomatoes.

Variety strain or breed

If the product has a subtype you need to distinguish, enter it here. For example, Tomato can have Roma and Cherry as two varieties. Use a separate row for each variety you want to track.

Show in dropdowns

Choose Yes if you want this to be an available option in your dropdown menus. If you choose No, it will not appear as a new option. Existing records are kept.
