Other choices
Prepare names used when recording people and suppliers, and keep any additional note categories or observation measures your farm wants to define.
Kind of choice
Choose People or teams, Suppliers or origins, Optional note categories, or Observation measures. Each row describes one kind of information. For example, Culture team is a person or team entry, while Sample weight is a measure.
Choice name
Enter the name people should recognise, such as Packing team, Local seed supplier, Quality check or Sample weight. Choose the matching Kind of choice first.
Unit for observation measures
Select a unit from Units only when the Kind of choice is Observation measures. For Sample weight, you might choose g. Leave this field blank for people, suppliers and note categories.
Show in dropdowns
Choose Yes if you want this to be an available option in your dropdown menus. If you choose No, it will not appear as a new option. Existing records are kept.
Reference keep unchanged
This reference connects this setup entry to its saved history. Leave it unchanged.
Where these choices appear
People or teams supplies the Recorded by choices on entry pages, together with the person or team in General settings. Suppliers or origins supplies the source choices on Add Stock. Optional note categories and Observation measures are saved setup definitions, but the current native notes pages do not offer category or measured-observation controls. You do not need to fill those two groups to record stock or write a note.
