Product terms
Updated 8 October 2026. Farmer’s Helper is being prepared for a paid first release. Public purchase and installation are not yet available. These terms describe the intended product licence and support arrangements; a development preview is not an offer to sell.
Seller and contact
The legal seller is Adam Hunter, operating as Smarter Spreadsheets. Product, billing and support questions: adamhunter9@gmail.com.
Price and purchase
Before any purchase, the offer must show the price, currency, applicable taxes, included licence duration, payment terms, cancellation terms and any renewal arrangement. Pricing has not yet been announced. No purchase or recurring charge is created by visiting this site, installing a test build or granting Google permissions. Any subscription or automatic renewal must be explicitly disclosed and accepted before payment.
Licence
A paid purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased release for the account or business identified in the purchase offer, subject to its stated duration. You may keep, export and reuse your own records. You may not resell or distribute the proprietary add-on code or present it as your own product. No ownership of your business data transfers to the seller.
Google account and supported use
The initial workflow uses desktop Google Sheets and a customer-owned workbook. Google services, browser restrictions and Workspace administrator policies can affect availability. Google permissions and Marketplace approval are separate from a paid licence. Optional Calendar access is limited to calendars created by the app; the workbook remains the source of product records.
Records and calculations
Review entered data, saved confirmations and calculated results before relying on them. Maintain appropriate backups. Farmer’s Helper supports record keeping and planning; it does not certify food safety, regulatory compliance, accounting accuracy or suitability for a particular business decision. Do not treat a missing response as proof that nothing saved: check the same operation reference before entering it again.
Support, updates and refunds
Contact the seller with the build, action and exact message. No response-time guarantee is offered. Updates and included support will be described in the purchase offer. New Google permissions require separate consent. For a payment error, defect, cancellation or refund request, contact the seller with purchase details and a description of the issue; do not send payment-card information. Any offer-specific refund policy must be shown before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or other statutory rights.
Removal and privacy
You can uninstall the add-on and revoke its Google access. Removing access does not delete your workbook or already-created Calendar events. See the Privacy Policy for permissions, data handling and deletion requests.
Changes
Future terms apply prospectively. The terms and offer accepted at purchase govern that purchase except where a lawful, agreed change applies. Keep a copy of the purchase offer and receipt. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
