Farmer’s Helper is in development, with stock records, linked activities, plans, corrections and a dedicated Calendar display under test. Public installation and purchase are not yet available.

Installation and authorization

Google verified the central app’s branding and data access on 9 October 2026. The Marketplace listing remains a draft; its separate release review and product checks must finish before the official installation link is offered. Use Google's ordinary consent flow; do not bypass an unverified-app warning. You will not need to invite anyone to your source script or Cloud project.

The development workflow

The technical preview uses desktop Google Sheets. Follow the setup guide. The add-on can create a private Farmer’s Helper workbook with reference tables and calculated views. Set up your business and default location, receive stock, then open Current stock to record quantities, activities, plans and supported corrections. Read the confirmation and reopen to check the result. Existing operational workbooks are not automatically migrated. Managed Workspace accounts can be subject to administrator restrictions.

Workbook access

Google’s file picker grants the app access to the workbook you select. A workbook created by the app receives file access through that creation. You do not need to share developer source or your whole Drive. Temporary browser restrictions can affect embedded pickers; report the exact message rather than granting unrelated permissions.

Calendar display

The preview’s dedicated display calendar visualizes selected product plans. Edit the plan in Farmer’s Helper and refresh the display. Disconnect retains events; removal of a displayed item preserves product records. Customer Calendar-decline qualification remains incomplete.

If a save is uncertain

Keep the operation reference and use the form’s check or recovery action before entering again. Current draft recovery expires 24 hours after the most recent draft save; an older development-only stage-start test uses seven days. Cleanup runs when the form is used again. Discarding a draft does not undo a saved record.

What to send

Include the product/build, the action, the exact message, approximate time and timezone, browser and account type. Redact screenshots. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, tokens, payment details, unrelated farm/customer records or an entire workbook. Whole-workbook access is not required for an ordinary support request.

Removal and privacy

Uninstall through Google Sheets' add-on management and revoke access through your Google Account's third-party connections. Already-saved spreadsheet records remain. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion requests.
