These pages bring your stock and work together so you can see what needs attention and compare what you have recorded. Begin with Overview, or choose a summary for a particular question.
The pages work from your entries. When a figure seems unexpected, the guides show which details to check and where to find the original entry that explains it.
Overview brings stock and work needing attention into one place. Use it to choose the item, lot or task you want to examine. Some figures count stock numbers or tasks rather than physical amounts, so read the heading before interpreting a number.
If expected stock is missing, check the search and list choices, then look at its original entry and result. The page can only summarize work that has been entered and completed in the spreadsheet.
Stock summary groups stock while keeping amounts with their units. A number of containers and a weight of their contents answer different questions. Check the unit and the way the rows are grouped before comparing their figures.
Activity summary brings those recorded events together. Read Happened on for the date the farm event took place, then open its original entry when you need more explanation.
Repacking can be recorded as production, so a total amount produced does not always measure new growth or a fresh harvest. These summaries describe farm stock and work; they do not calculate sales or profit. The detailed guides explain what each figure includes.
Read the guide for instructions. The separate Google Sheets link opens the page where you work.
